Linked Accounts

The Linked Accounts feature allows you to add, view, and manage bank accounts directly within the Tranzakt Payment Platform (TPP). Setting up linked accounts is essential for tracking payments, directing collections, and ensuring smooth transactions within the platform.

Adding a Linked Account

  1. Navigate to Linked Accounts in your dashboard.
  2. Select "Add Account" and enter your bank’s name and account number.
  3. Click "Link" to connect the account to your TPP profile.
Accurate bank details are essential to avoid delays or issues with payments. Make sure to link a valid, active account.

View Account details

  • Account Overview: Review each linked account’s information, including the account ID.
  • Transaction History: Access a record of transactions processed through each account, making it easy to monitor funds coming in and going out.
Double-check all bank details before linking, as any errors can cause failed transactions or delays.

Removing Linked Account

To remove an account, go to Linked Accounts and choose the specific account you want to delete. Select "Remove Account."

Accounts in use for active collections cannot be removed. Deactivate associated collections first.
