View Summary of Collections

See essential details like:

  • Collection ID and Name
  • Total Invoices: Paid, Unpaid, and Invalid
  • Total Amount and Status (e.g., Active, Inactive)

Customize the Reports

Filter collections by:

  • Status: Active, Inactive, Pending
  • Settlement Frequency: How often collections are settled
  • Ownership: Personal or Managed
  • Select specific fields to display (e.g., Name, Total Amount).

Examine In-Depth Reports

Select a collection (e.g., "Clearance Fees") to see:

  • Payer Names, Emails, and Phone Numbers
  • Amounts Paid or Outstanding
  • Individual Invoice Status

Export Data

Download data as a CSV file for further analysis or record-keeping.

The Invoice Report is part of the Collection Report. It provides a more granular view of individual transactions associated with a selected collection.
